The present Regulations specify the conditions and the principles of rendering services electronically via the Website: SMS-ONLINE.PL. The Services are rendered as a part of the Website by the Service Provisions. The present Regulations constitute regulations as referred to in the art. 8 of the act dated 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means
Service Provider: the terms “us” or “we” or “our” refers to SMS-ONLINE.PL, the Owner of Website. User: The term ‘you” refers to an individual who uses functionality and features as offered through our Website.
Services rendered by the Service Provider via the Web Site (herein "Services")
Service Provider may terminate your access to Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using the Website.

Any disputes shall be settled by a common court specified in accordance with the provisions of the Act dated 17 November 1964 Code of Civil Proceedings.
